Shipping Policy

A note before you order

Veya is preparing its first release. Shipping destinations, rates, carrier options, and dispatch timing will be confirmed on each product and at checkout once real inventory is available. Until then, the terms below are Veya's general launch policy and may be updated before fulfillment begins.

Processing and delivery

When an item is available to purchase, we will show the available shipping options and the applicable delivery estimate at checkout. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and address issues can affect delivery.

Addresses and tracking

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. If you need help correcting an address, contact us promptly. Where tracking is provided by the carrier, it will be shared with the email used at checkout after the order ships.

Multiple items and availability

Items may ship separately when availability or fulfillment timing differs. If an item cannot be fulfilled after an order is placed, Veya will contact you about the available next step.
